CSV to Photoshop ACO Python Converter

1. swatch.py is a Python 3 command line interface created to generate an ACO file based on a .CSV data file.
2. Be sure to read the instructions to ensure your CSV files are configured as expected before trying to convert them to an ACO file. 
3. We provide the link only.  We do not provide support for the code.  You may also need a login to github.com to download the GitHub files.
